Delcarpini's Pizzeria

The 7/8ths Pizza Club is our neighborhood test kitchen and community project. We make New York–inspired and Detroit-style pizzas, share them with friends and neighbors, and use their feedback to keep refining every dough, sauce, bake, and topping decision.
