Delcarpini's Pizzeria

The 7/8ths Pizza Club is our neighborhood test kitchen and community project. We make New York–inspired and Detroit-style pizzas, share them with friends and neighbors, and use their feedback to keep refining every dough, sauce, bake, and topping decision. At its core, the club is about sharing joy, building community, and chasing the craft of great pizza, one gathering, one story, and one slice at a time. - Kayla & Chris
